May 2016 after a long few months to determine my condition after I passed out in a pool while swimming laps with my sister in January 2016.

What has been the biggest challenge you’ve faced in living with your diagnosis?
Reminding myself that life and health is a gift and to not take anything for granted!

What is one positive thing that has come out of your diagnosis?
Knowledge is power – two of my sisters and father were also diagnosed after my diagnosis. All are successfully being treated and live normal lives! (No cardiac events for any of them)

What encouragement or advice would you give someone who has just been diagnosed with your condition?
Just because you are diagnosed with a heart condition does not mean you cannot be happy and live your life – choose joy and happiness!!

What does your day-to-day life look like?
Daily medication, but otherwise normal! I just gave birth to a beautiful girl in January (who is thankfully CPVT-free!).

What are your favorite hobbies and activities?
Running! And being outside with my family.
