Genetic Testing Survey

If eligible, please participate in this Northwestern University study by a genetic counseling student titled, Differences in patient attitudes and perceptions of clinical utility based on genetic testing results for inherited cardiomyopathies and arrhythmias.  

This is a short online survey seeking information about patient experiences with genetic testing results related to heart conditions to help healthcare professionals better understand and ultimately improve patients’ encounters with genetic testing. The survey should take around 15 minutes. Eligible participants must:

  •   Be over the age of 18
  •   Read and understand English
  •   Have had genetic testing for a heart condition
  •   Have a positive, negative, OR uncertain genetic test result

Participants will be eligible to enter a raffle for one of ten $50 Visa gift cards at the end of the survey.
