CPVT Survey Study

Help researchers learn more about CPVT – and improve CPVT treatment for all patients!

Researchers in Amsterdam are asking patients 12 and older diagnosed with CPVT to fill out a short, 15 minute survey with questions about your experiences, medicine, sports, and beliefs about CPVT. The goal is to improve treatment for all patients with CPVT, and is open to patients over 12 across the globe.
