    This past week was a great week. I had five great workout days and went to a meditation class.

    Had a decent work out week! Hit 10K steps four out of seven days. Looking to add some strength training.

    It is starting to feel like spring around here, so we got outside a bit more! I played fetch with my dogs and just enjoyed a different kind of movement (and so did they!)
